Middlebury College is looking for an experienced User Support and Services Manager to be part of our User Services leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of Managers and Senior Technologists who collaborate to provide responsive, reliable and accurate technical support to the faculty, students and staff of Middlebury College, the Middlebury Language Schools, the Bread Loaf School of English, the Bread Loaf Writers Conference as well as Schools Abroad. Our Helpdesk provides three tiers of support, and is part of a support team that includes Media Services and desktop distribution and inventory.

This position will be a member of the leadership team that oversees all of the frontline service units in an integrated Library and Information Services organization. User Services includes Library Circulation Services, Reserves and the Library Information Desk.

The ideal candidate will combine a dedication to excellent service, strong management skills, as well as technical understanding and experience with with Windows and Mac Operating systems, wired and wireless network environments, Active Directory, LDAP and Exchange email systems. Bachelor's degree with three years management experience, preferably in an academic or equivalent service environment required.
