Banner Printers and A/R

Has anyone experienced issues with printing from Banner A/R forms for receipts, bills, etc to a Cannon Image Runner printer? If so, what was the issue and how was it resolved?

my printing experience

I set up the printers on our campus, and the problem's I've seen boil down to a few leading causes:
-Operating system incompatibilities
-server is Linux or UNIX and the print drivers are not compatible with the destination printer
-I've seen a bunch of problems concerning the format of the print drivers being used
-Job submission woes
-the incorrect printer name was given
-network issues
-The printer's network address has changed
-If going through a shared printer on a pc, a personal firewall has blocked the print requests
-USB
-USB connected printers fail when using PCL out put (i.e. from FormFusion Evisions output)
-Printer security
-Some printers employ user access security codes that limit who can/cannot print to. Unfortunately, some server systems will not allow the passing of this data, subsequently print jobs fail. Our god-forsaken printer copier does not allow Banner printing to it.
