.lis file

Hey I am trying to generate transcripts in banner 7.3 using process SHARQTC and then SHRTRTC. when i select printer as DATABASE it shows me .lis file in benjobs but when i select the printer i want to use for printing it is showing 0KB of .lis file and says in log file that job is susccessfull can any one help me

Are you trying to print from GJIREVO? Or are you running the job again and selecting a printer? If so, you'll have to create a new transcript request.

SHRTRTC is very picky!

Here's the parameter values that we use:
