Banner VMS to Solaris migration

We are looking to migrate from vms to solaris. We are initally looking to migrate from 9.2.0.5 on VMS to 9.2.0.7 on Solaris and then after that is stable to upgrade to 10g. anyone have an suggestions on the disk configuration?
