BDN - Banner Developer Network

We recently began efforts to develop/test our own Oracle forms under Banner. After setting up a development enviornment, I initially made an effort to compile and run a Banner form in my local development environment.

My current problem is that when I compile a Banner form, the library PLX files are not created. FMX files are created durning the compile process, but the PLX files are cannot.

Can anyone offer advice for correcting this issue?
