I have a form interface problem

Hi!! I hope someone can help with this error message. I am a New Network Administrator and we recently had this for error when opening Banner through Web. FRM92050/forms/sevlet-1. When this occurs the server can not connect to users. Does anyone have any idea why this occurred.

Form Interface Problem

Sounds like your .env file is not set up on your server. What is the URL that it is trying to access?
